- 1 Muesli B’Break
- 100 g goat’s cheese with ash
- 1 ripe pear
- Chopped hazelnuts
- Balsamic vinegar
- A few small watercress leaves
Preparation steps
- Defrost the B’Breaks and slice.
- Put on a baking tray in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 200°C, then leave to cool.
- Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over each B’Break toast.
- Thinly slice the goat’s cheese.
- Peel and dice the pear.
- Put a few pear cubes and chopped hazelnuts on each B’Break toast.
- Add a slice of goat’s cheese and a watercress leaf.
